1. Creative Mentoring Spots ARE PAID FOR IN FULL REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE

• Payments will be made on a per session basis and paid in full

• Scheduling 4 sessions at a time is encouraged
  

2. Creative Mentoring PRICES ARE $50.00 PER HALF HOUR AND $100.00 PER HOUR

• Mentoring prices are subject to change but will stay the same from September to June

• Payment for Creative Mentoring can be Cash, Cheque, or E-Transfer

3. CANCELING Creative Mentoring

• Lessons are paid for on a monthly basis

• If choosing to terminate or cancel lessons before the end of the month you may

• Send someone in your spot

• Or pay in full for the month
  
  

4. SICKNESS

• If you are sick, Creative Mentoring must be paid for in full

• There Are Absolutely No Make Up’s

• You may send someone in your place

5. NO RESCHEDULING ALLOWED

• Because of time constraints and my own creative endeavors I do not reschedule lessons for any reason.

6. TEACHER CANCELATIONS AND SICKNESS

• Will be credited to you in full

• Or carried over to the next month

• Reimbursed by cash or e-transfer

7. STAT HOLIDAYS/HOLIDAYS

• March Break and STAT Holidays there will be no lessons

• Lessons run until the end of June and we reconvene in September
