Please read contract Carefully and in full

1. Lessons are paid for in full each month Regardless of ATTENdance

• Payments will be made per month on a membership basis

• Full Payment for all lessons must be received at the BEGINNING of the month.

• Failure to pay in full at the beginning of the month for all lessons may result in a canceled spot.

2. Lesson prices are $45.00 per half hour and $90.00 per hour

• Lesson prices are subject to change but will stay the same from September to June.

• Payment of lessons can be Cash, Cheque, or E-Transfer.

3. Canceling Lessons

• If choosing to terminate lessons before the end of the month you may

  send someone in your spot or pay in full for the month
  

4. If you are going on holiday you can

• Choose to give up your spot, and on return, try to fit into a new spot

• Send a family member, or friend in your spot for the duration of your holiday to hold your spot paid in full

• Pay in full for the duration of the holiday to hold your spot

5. Sickness

• If you are sick, lessons must be paid for in full

• There Are Absolutely No Make Up Lessons

• You may send someone in your place

6. No rescheduling allowed due to high volume of students

• Because of time constraints, my own creative endeavours, I do not reschedule lessons for any reason.

7. Teacher CANCELLATIONS and sickness

• Will be credited to you in full

• Or carried over to the next month of payment

• Reimbursed by cash or e-transfer

8. Stat Holidays/Holidays

• All Stat Holidays will be honored. If your lesson lands on a Stat Holiday Monday you do not pay for those lesson slots i.e.

• Family Day

• Labour Day

• Remembrance Day

• Christmas Break there will be no lessons

• March Break there will be no lessons

• Lessons run until midJune and we reconvene in September
